The ecobee Smart Thermostat Premium includes a SmartSensor to optimize temperature in key rooms and a built-in air quality monitor that provides air-quality alerts and air-filter change reminders. It has a large display, occupancy sensing, and an integrated smart speaker with Siri or Alexa.
It is compatible with most 24VAC HVAC systems, including furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, boilers, PTACs, and fan coil units. A Power Extender Kit is included for installation without a C-Wire.
