The Genie Chain Drive 500 is a factory-assembled chain drive garage door opener with an HPc DC motor, soft start and stop control, and a factory-sealed motor and gearbox.
It is designed for residential sectional garage doors up to 7" in height and 350lbs in weight. The included Safe-T-Beam system reverses the door if an object crosses its infrared beam.
